Contracting with Superhub

All contracts are subject to authorisation from a Director of the Company and is not binding unless approved by a Director. No statement, offer or other representation by anyone however so received should be viewed as a binding contract or official representation, view or opinion of the Company UNLESS accepted in writing by a Director. A List of Directors is available on request.

If you contact the Company under any circumstance in any way including on behalf of a third party, making any representations, claims, requests requiring a response these are classed as an order and these are billable at the sole discretion of the Directors, either in time at a current charge of £85GBP per hour subject to a minimum of £50GBP per item received and responded to, outstanding debts will be charged a fee of £5 per day. If you make false, unverified, unsubstantiated, undocumented or misleading claims we reserve the right to charge you £50GBP per day until such time as the matter is resolved. All charges are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate and change from time to time. 

Our Clients views are theirs and theirs alone, all content produced is content of that client unless otherwise stated. All unpaid for content remains the property of the Company until paid for in full.

All 3rd parties instructed by the Company are required to meet minimum standards of quality, conduct and service as maybe defined from time to time. All contracts unless otherwise stated are non exclusive and subject to change or cessation without warning. You are deemed to have accepted all terms set out here when contracting with the Company unless otherwise agreed, in the absence of specific waiver these terms take primacy.
